WE ARE A DIRECT MANUFACTURER OF SAFETY GLASS!

Safety double glass is created by two plates of flat glass - the distance between them is limited by a little distance frame. The little distance frame is filled with dehydrator preventing vapour condensation in the space between the double glass. The peripheral glass bonding with the little frame is provided by a permanent soft cement (so called butyl) acting as a barrier against moisture penetration into the space between two plates of glass. The outer edge is sealed by permanently soft cement providing solidity and resistance to mechanical stress.

Insulation abilities – insulation abilities improvement is being reached by partition of the space between the glass (by glass, foil) for two chambers by metal coats adding into the system and by filling it with inert gases (argon, crypton).

used thickness 6 - 16 mm
used sorts: plastic, aluminium, stainless steel
3. molecule screen – dehumidifier on basis of zeolits
4. butyl – first stage of double glass sealing, hot applied
5. polyurethane or polysulfide two-component cement – second stage of the safety glass sealing cured in the air
6. the interspace filled with air or gas (argon or crypton or other mixture of gases according to requirements for the double glass features)
